Jay Miller's Circus has packed up and bid a fond farewell to the Isle of Wight for another year.. but don't worry, it will return!

The cast of this year's show have said a 'massive thank you' to Islanders who attended.

A post from the circus said: "Wow, wow, WOW!! What a FABULOUS summer we have had!

"You have been absolutely INCREDIBLE & we couldn’t have asked for a better welcome back!

"Summer 2023 has been truly amazing & the support from all of you guys hasn’t gone unnoticed."

The circus, which pops up on a field off Whippingham's Racecourse Roundabout, also posted a message of thanks to the cast.

It reads: "We would also like to say a massive THANK YOU to our Jay Millers cast & crew for all of the blood, sweat & hard work that has been put in for the past 6 weeks, with performances daily.. it’s safe to say you SMASHED every single one!"

This year also saw comedians Josh Widdecombe and Nish Kumar get involved. They were here filming with the County Press.

Next up for Jay Miller's is its Autumn tour, which will see it travel to Haselmere first.

But if you're missing it already there is some good news.

The circus has confirmed it will 'see you again next year'!
