Dozens of Golden Retrievers lined the beach at Yaverland on the Isle of Wight over the weekend.
More than 100 of the four-legged friends, and their owners, came together for their regular meet up on Sunday (October 8).
Organised by the Isle Of Wight Golden Retrievers Facebook group, it used to be an annual event but it got so popular it is now held twice.
The dogs and their proud owners meet in April and October.
People even visit from the mainland and make a holiday out of it.
Member of the group, Mark, said: "Each meeting we get parents bring children to see and meet the happy dogs if they themselves can’t have one.
"These friendly dogs return the compliment by enjoying the young people’s company.
"A beautiful day, well over a hundred happy retrievers and their owners with family and friends all enjoyed over an hour on the beach.
"The key to responsible dog ownership is to socialise them. What better way to do that than on a lovely Island beach?"
The meet will return in April next year.
