A car ploughed into a front garden in Yarmouth this morning, crashed into the porch of a house and ended up upside down in the garden.
It was a lucky escape for four casualties, who the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service described as having received minor injuries.
None needed conveying to hospital.
The incident happened on Bouldnor Road today (Saturday).
There was considerable damage caused to two pillars at the front of the detached property.
Officers from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, along with the ambulance service, have been at the scene.
Traffic was unaffected as the main road remained open.
The vehicle has been recovered.
