TWO coastguard rescue teams from the Isle of Wight went to the aid of a dog which fell of a cliff.
In a joint operation, Bembridge and Ventnor Coastguard Rescue Teams were called out following reports the pet had fallen some 25ft down the cliff near to Ventnor Park, at 6.36pm on Thursday (May 9).
A cliff technician was lowered and successfully recovered five-year-old Tara, who was safe and well after her ordeal.
