Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service was called to the blaze at 11.47pm last night (Thursday).
Crews found the shack alight at the end of Forelands Field Road.
Two fire engines attended the incident - one from Ryde station and one from Sandown.
A water carrier also made its way over from Ventnor.
Firefighters left the scene at 1.50am.
All that remains of the shack is a burnt out shell.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said: "We were called at about 12.45am this morning by the fire service to a report of a fire of a beach hut off Forelands Field Road.
"This is not being treated as suspicious."
