A star of hit Channel 4 TV show SAS: Who Dares Wins visited the Isle of Wight over the weekend.
On Saturday, July 6, Jason Fox was at Freshwater Lifeboat Station, for a ceremony to name a new vessel.
Spirit of the West Wight V - The Jillian Scott is a new Atlantic 85 lifeboat, costing £180,000.
Accompanied by wife Jules, the former UK Special Forces soldier and Royal Marine Commando gave a speech to those in attendance.

Taking to Facebook afterwards, he said: "Some place the Isle of Wight!
"Great weekend at Freshwater Independent Lifeboat naming their new Atlantic 85 and exploring what the Island has to offer!"
The ceremony also saw performances from the Brass Monkeys and The Bay Wailers.
While here, Jason and Jules also visited Ventnor Botanic Gardens.
Jason is no stranger to the Island having visited on a number of occasions when he was a child.
Last year he brought his live tour Life At The Limit to Shanklin Theatre.
