Reliability of Isle of Wight ferries, a new film studio and a look at the finances of council-run leisure centres are among the topics set to be discussed by councillors tonight (Tuesday).
The council's corporate scrutiny committee will meet later.
Topping tonight's agenda is the performance of cross-Solent ferry operators, specifically the risks to the Island as a result of disruption to timetables.
It is timely given yesterday's disruption on Red Funnel.

The council’s emergency management team have been asked to review and refresh the council’s contingency plans.
Tonight, that report will be be provided to the committee.
There will also be an update on proposals to turn Kingston Marine Park, in East Cowes, into a film studio.
Negotiations to sell the site to Medina Studios Ltd are progressing and it is hoped contracts will be exchanged soon.
Also on the agenda is a review into council-run leisure centres, Westridge, The Heights and Medina.
In the last financial year, the authority was facing a deficit in its leisure and sports development budget of £653,000, mainly due to Covid.
A £500,000 grant from Sports England helped to reduce that to £29,000 in 2023/24.
In 2024/25, the council is forecasting a £298,000 deficit for leisure services.
