With midweek upon us and the last day of July, there is still much to look forward to at Cowes Week 2024!
Today (Wednesday, July 31), Cowes Week focuses on the next generation of sailors, with its Youth Day.
Take a look at what to expect at Cowes Week today.
Northwood House
The venue’s popular Lawn Bar will be open from lunchtime until late, with its relaxed and upbeat vibe.
You can join the party with a concert performance by Ultra 90s vs 2000s Experience, who will be playing dance hits with a live seven-piece band.
Supported by Mufti Day, plus DJ Omar’s Dance Anthems, the music plays from 7pm to 12.30am. A ticketed event, £15 in advance, with food from High Street’s The Garden.
Cowes Yacht Haven
The usual Range Rover Dynamic Experience will take place near the Red Jet terminal between 9am and 6pm.
Music will be performed all day:
- 12.30pm – 2.30pm: El Bisuito
- 3pm – 5pm: Just Us
- 5.30pm – 6.30pm: Matt Graves
- 7pm – 8.30pm: Abbie Lemon
- 9pm – 10.30pm: Cornerstone
Classic Boat Museum
Open from 12.30pm to 4pm, the Classic Boat Museum boasts over 70 boats, sailing, motor, lifeboats and BAR T1 2017 America’s Cup boat.
Last entry is at 3.15pm.
Cowes Parade
TSYT and the RNLI are, once again, teaming up to bring you daily competitions in their marquee in the Regatta Village. Pop over and give it a try!
On stage, Strawberry Moon play a diverse range of hits between midday and 3pm, followed by Harriet Jane (3pm – 5pm), Powdercoat (5pm – 6.30pm), The Millennials (7pm – 8.30pm) and funky party rock band Pin Stripe closing the evening (9pm – 10.30pm).
Next to the main stage will be a big screen where you can stay updated with the racing.
The Crew Bar and Cocktail and Wine Lounge will be open from 10pm to 11pm and offers a large seating area, with views of the stage, big screen and across the Solent.

Yacht Club Function (by invitation)
The Royal London Yacht Club hosts its Champagne Party between 7pm and 11pm, while the Cowes Corinthian Yacht Club holds its event ‘Hooray to Hollywood Party’ at 7.30pm.
