An Isle of Wight teenager has been recognised as the ‘biggest fan’ of St Helen’s Farm, one of the UK’s leading producers of goat’s milk products.
The York-based company has honoured its biggest fan, Saffi Hill, by featuring her on their packaging for the second time.
Saffi, who lives on the Island, has been an advocate of the brand since she was six years old after her parents discovered that cow's milk made her feel unwell.
Since then, Saffi has embraced the entire range of St Helen’s Farm goat’s milk products, which has allowed her to maintain a normal diet that includes milk, butter, and cheese.
Now 13, Saffi first appeared on the brand’s packaging at the age of six.
Her ongoing support for St Helen’s Farm has earned her a spot on the milk cartons once again, where she will be the face of the brand for the next two months.
Saffi said: "I have loved St Helen’s goat’s milk products since I discovered cow’s milk made me feel poorly, so much so that I featured on the packaging in 2017 when I was six!
“In the past seven years, I have continued to be the biggest fan.
“St Helen’s Farm goat’s milk changed my life, allowing me to enjoy my favourite cereal and baking.
“Even now that I can have cow’s milk, I still choose goat because I love the taste and how it makes me feel."
Katy Gray, head of marketing at St Helen’s Farm, added: "We are incredibly grateful for Saffi's unwavering support and dedication.
"Her enthusiasm has been a source of inspiration for all of us, and we are honoured to acknowledge her as our biggest fan.”
The newly designed cartons featuring Saffi are now available in stores.
