The owners of a homecare provider have been nationally recognised for their achievements.
Vicky and Paul Butler, who run Right at Home Isle of Wight, have won the Great British Franchisee Awards 2024.
The awards, organised by Whichfranchise, highlight business success in areas such as growth, staff retention, customer satisfaction, and community involvement.
Vicky and Paul started Right at Home Isle of Wight in 2021, a franchise of Right at Home UK, and have since won multiple awards and received an 'outstanding' rating from the Care Quality Commission.
Their latest award was announced at Right at Home UK's annual conference in Cheshire.
In 2023, the couple launched the Older Persons Good Living Show to showcase businesses and services on the Island which support older people to remain living happily and independently in their own homes.
Vicky said: "Paul and I were in complete shock to have won the Great British Franchisee Award. It was such an amazing way to find out and celebrate with our colleagues in the Right at Home network.
"Of course, this would not have been possible without the support of our incredible team who work tirelessly every day to provide the highest standards of care for our clients. We are so proud of them."
