Police have put out an appeal after a young man drove a car aggressively on the Isle of Wight.

The incident happened between 1.25pm and 1.50pm last Friday (September 20) on Gills Cliff Road in Ventnor.

The young man, driving a blue Audi, got very close to the bumper of a car, before pulling alongside a second car and shouting at the driver.

The young man then returned behind the driver and drove extremely close to her bumper.

Police have said in a statement: "Officers investigating the incident have been make enquiries to identify the driver and vehicle, and we are now turning to you for assistance.

"If you witnessed the incident, in particular if you have any footage such as dash-cam footage, or have any information about the driver, then please get in touch.
