Another Isle of Wight property near the Ventnor landslip has been listed for auction with a guide price of just £10.
The three-bedroom semi-detached property is vacant and available to purchase for cash buyers only.
It is understood by the auctioneers, First For Auctions, that the conservatory has experienced damage.
The auctioneers have not inspected the property and internal viewings will not be possible.
The property is up for online auction on Thursday October 31 with a six-week completion.
Bidding will open at 10am.
The adjoining house was recently put on the market for a guide price of £10, but sold for more.
Bidding lasted for one hour and 45 minutes and the property sold for £29,690.
A total of 503 bids were recorded.
The Isle of Wight Council has said that work on three boreholes is "progressing well" on Leeson Road.
The boreholes have been sunk to 130m, to help the council and Island Roads to further understand the ground conditions.
The council has said that scheduled work is due to be completed before Christmas.
Leeson Road closed again on Sunday September 8 after reopening in July.
The road was affected by a landslip on the night of December 10, 2023.
