A free event for young people to network and collaborate is set to return.
The Future Works event, aimed at 16 to 30 year olds, will take place at Strings Bar and Venue, Newport, on Tuesday, November 14, from 6pm until 9pm.
This month, the focus is on events, festivals, and performance, with guest speakers including actor and screenwriter Joe Bone, Ventnor Exchange creative projects assistant and circus performer Kai Davies, and Wonderfell Theatre Company creative director Vicky Wells.
Ms Wells said: "Every workshop we create is inspired by children, for children. Our hope is to create and deliver innovative workshops and theatre to awaken all senses and creatively engage curious, young minds."
The Future Works event, organised by Brave Island, Platform One, and the IW Creative Network, offers young people the chance to meet industry professionals, explore career paths, and build connections in the creative sector.
Each meeting is designed to encourage collaboration and growth within the creative community on the Isle of Wight.
After the panel discussion, attendees can mingle and network.
Free tickets can be booked via TicketSource.
