Award categories include Community Project of the Year, Charity Fundraiser of the Year and Volunteer of the Year, amongst others.

Entries must be submitted by midnight on Friday January 24, 2025.

Nominations are free and event tickets will be kept at a low price.

Application forms can be obtained by emailing awards@vectisradio.fm.

Station Manager Ian Mac, said: “Vectis Radio has been working in the community for many years now and we always strive to do more for our community."

Event organiser Maggie Currie said: “Following feedback from the very successful events we held in 2023 and 2024, we have kept the same categories.

"For the most inspirational person of the year category, once again our panel of judges will select four finalists who will be announced in advance of the ceremony in March and will be voted on by the public.

"Thanks to the generosity of the team at Island Roasted, the event will be held at Caffe Isola.”
