LEGACY Elite travelled to Cornwall to take part in their first competition this year — with the girls impressing the judges with their skillful displays.
The pre-grading competition, in preparation for their gradings in May, was the first time any of the young gymnasts — aged between seven and 15 years — had ever competed in grades skills, performing new skills and producing 'clean' performances.
Hosted by the Penryn Gymnastics Centre, the event was a fantastic run through for the gymnasts, who gained invaluable experience — and thoroughly enjoyed themselves in the process.
"The gymnasts pushed themselves to deliver their best performances," said Shannon Betts, of Legacy Elite.
"Fantastic experience was gained for these young gymnasts."
