Isle of Wight runners took on the Ryde Harriers-organised seven mile multi-terrain race from Newport to Ryde, on Saturday, March 30.
The popular race is run over a route that comprises railway lines, open farm lands, tree-lined woodland paths and offers some lovely views along the way.

It started at the Methodist Church Hall in Newport's Quay Street and ended at Ryde School.
Women's overall winner was Katie Ironside of MDC, who completed the race in 0:54:01.
The men's overall (and race overall) winner was Ryde Harriers' own Joseph Wade who completed the course in 0:44:16.
Meanwhile today, April 1, runners are have been taking part in the Wight Wight 3 Hills event.
